Pros – Good work culture
Good leadership team
Employees who leave this company for better hike outside do come back after sometime.
This company keeps work environment lively by so many small reasons to celebrate jointly.
All in all my experience was great with this company.
Cons – Being in a such a company for long time, you don't get the very lucrative hike as per industry standards, that would only be the reason for someone to look for a change. Rest is company is worth working for.
I really had lovely experience of 4 years with InterGlobe. This company I would recommend to anyone. Really a great place to work.
Advice to Senior Management – You are working really great but there are some people who stand beyond my positive review. InterGlobe has got rid of few of them and hope would be pure and clean with couple of more who still exist there.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
