I have been working at Interim HealthCare full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good people from the local area own, manage, and work at this company.

Cons

Paperwork....but that is home health.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Can't think of anything off the top of my head. But if I had anything, I could easily take it to them and wouldn't have to post it on here as a secret.

I worked at Interim HealthCare full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Majority of office staff friendly and supportive.

    Cons

Zero "field staff" benefits, company policies/rules only apply as needed (per franchise owner).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Equality for all; not only when it fits your current needs.

Employee moral could be much better if only senior management were aware of them.

I have been working at Interim HealthCare full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Supervisors typically, and genuinely, accommodate employee's personal life with work hours successfully. Supervisory management is genuinely concerned with employee and client cohesiveness, by offering advice and techniques proven to help individual cases. Each time I've had an issue with a directive, policy or co-worker, my supervisor was objective, professional and amiable.

    Cons

Pay raises, benefits of any kind, bonuses for exemplary work habits, annual evaluations and other perks are not there.
There are no interoffice employee meetings. I have never met the CEO, HR or any other upper management member. This is the only job I've had that doesn't continually seek information from its employees on improving the business and/or productivity of their employees. I find this lack of interest in its employees odd, with such high responsibility for ailing individuals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

In this type of business, I know it is impossible to get all employees together at one time. However, I believe a comment drop-box could be helpful, a newsletter or anything more structured than a holiday party would be nice for employees to voice their opinions.
