    Pros

Associates care about each other and the company; people build long-term relationships.

    Cons

Company needs to invest in their associates; help develop and get them to the next level; keep them inspired and connected to company goals. Improve teamwork.

    Advice to Management

Tell and show associates that they are valued and recognize their contributions. Develop clear career paths for associates so they understand what is expected of them and how they fit into the plan.

Mediocre place to work. Just don't plan on any promotions.

    Pros

You can make decent money in a relatively low stress job.

    Cons

Very political. They change directions all the time. The company grew much too fast in a very short period of time. Because of this they haven't been able to really keep a handle on their day to day business. They might look good to investors (public and private) because of their multiple "brands", but in reality they all compete against each other driving down the bottom line. Management is generally lacking and currently they have a great deal of long term employees/managers who are leaving due to ridiculous changes within the organization. They have lost touch with what made them a rising in the MRO distribution field long ago.

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring degrees and get back to running an actual MRO distribution business.
