It was a great learning experience, it gave a new outlook and a broader knowledge of product sales.

    Pros

The work environment, they really are supportive in making sure you are well trained and keep you up on new product and service offerings for our customer. They encourage you to work toward your strengths and work with you to continually update or knowledge and skill base.

    Cons

They have a tendency to pin hole you, there is little or no chance for advancement, beyond customer service or other entry level positions unless you have college degree. While this is a good tool for selecting a sales rep. it is by far not the only thing to be considered. There are many who are naturally great sellers, and to use a piece of paper as sole criteria for selection I find very wanting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to look beyond the resume, see people for their potential and not just the sum of a list.

    Pros

great potential for future growth with the right senior leadership.

    Cons

Low trust, no vision for the future other than selling the company for the benefit of senior leaders. The current strategy of multiple brands with one backend is not working as well as once envisioned.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

create a unified vision and mission statement to create a compass for the company. Extend trust to your employees and allow them to grow the business organically.
