Great place to dead end

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Salt Lake City, UT

ProsGreat benefits package. A work environment that seems to focus on compassionate care. Management seems to want to help you have a balanced work / home life.

ConsThere are no opportunities to advance. The management level positions are all out-of-network hires. Personal achievement (getting a degree, etc) is not noticed within the company unless they ask you to get it. Ask for more responsibility and get more busy work.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou have a lot of talented, ambitious people in your ranks. Look inward for opportunities to promotion. Consider a form of succession planning for some of the executives.
