Intermountain stable, non-profit, bureaucratic

ProsSolid Company, very decent benefits, yearly raises (inflation adjustments), mostly professional

ConsLower than average salary (they are and act like the big dog in the kennel), very bureaucratic and annoyingly inefficiency

Advice to Senior ManagementYour customer is the patient and their families, your most important asset is your employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
