Great company, great benefits, great staff and environment... Hard job.

Account Resolution Specialist (Former Employee) Murray, UT

ProsAs listed above, the company is one of the best to work for. They have a great team atmosphere, great pay, great benefits. Good management, and it's an in demand field.

ConsPatient billing was my field, and it is emotionally taxing. Hard to listen to people who are sick or have a sick loved one all day everyday. The other downside, it's pretty much impossible to get hired. Unless you know someone in the company who can refer you, you have little chance. It's a secret about most healthcare jobs.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire more outside people who don't necessarily have, "connections" more often. they can be just as qualified.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
