    while title inflation is rampant, it is necessary for employees who want to move up in their careers but have to move out to do it

    - Nice people to work with
    - You will get paid average salary prevailing in salt lake area
    - Job stability

    - aversion towards New technology adoption
    - People working here wants to create dependency on them for job security rather than making automation and making things efficient
    - Mostly for software engineer, its a good company when you have already spent good time of your career learning all different things and now wants to settle down
