ProsReally challenging at the beginning.
Travelling around the world and discussing with clients' top managers.
Data driven company, therefore our clients generally pay a lot of attention to what we tell them.
Flat organization, therefore everybody do the same job...there is no rank
Good atmosphere. I rarely found a company where all colleague were so welcome. Got really good friends there.

ConsFlat organization with a very small management team, which let little opportunity to grow up in the middle term.
Salary are a bit uncompetitive
Satellite offices (HQ in the US) are missing some attraction/momentum ...

Advice to Senior Managementmore flexibility to work from home
some better career perspectives would help
being more open to discuss about performances (poor or good)
