I have been working at Intermountain Power Agency

Pros

Really challenging at the beginning.
Travelling around the world and discussing with clients' top managers.
Data driven company, therefore our clients generally pay a lot of attention to what we tell them.
Flat organization, therefore everybody do the same job...there is no rank
Good atmosphere. I rarely found a company where all colleague were so welcome. Got really good friends there.

Cons

Flat organization with a very small management team, which let little opportunity to grow up in the middle term.
Salary are a bit uncompetitive
Satellite offices (HQ in the US) are missing some attraction/momentum ...

Advice to ManagementAdvice

more flexibility to work from home
some better career perspectives would help
being more open to discuss about performances (poor or good)

I worked at Intermountain Power Agency

    Pros

Good starting point to begin your career. I was able to learn a lot by working here and it helped to provide a bridge to my new job. The people who work there I found were friendly and good to work with. It's a small office environment which can be good or bad depending on your preference.

    Cons

The salary wasn't particularly high and when I was there, no benefits were provided. The work can feel a bit repetitive at times. There were limited resources but they did their best to accommodate. Everyone sort of just did their own job and there isn't much room for interaction between co-workers other than during breaks.
