Great place to work if you are looking to get a foot in the door into the IT industry.

Network Engineer (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsGreat benefits and immersion into the IT world. Great Job if you a quick learner and can pick up concepts quickly.

ConsShift work. Can't really join any social clubs that meet on a regular schedule, as there is not much warning for when your shift will change. Usually 2 weeks max if its a morning<>evening schedule change. They do give you further warning if its a day or evening <> night change. Internap tends to be a department blame game between all sectors in Internap. Tools are not up to par with business needs to support the customer base, and management has been promising to get the tools needed for years, citing budget issues as the main cause for not having these tools available.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen more to customer feedback. Upper management needs to listen more to the parties that interface directly with customer and know their needs best rather than making blind decisions that hurt the company image, financially and everyone that works there emotionally.
