I have been working at International Centre for Automotive Technology full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Lots of Contacts can be built and respect from OEM's and Suppliers can be gained as there is lot of interaction between the company and them

    Cons

Corruption at times is obvious and indirect bribes can be seen.
Lot of favoritism in the company to employees from now defunct Daewoo and GM employees as top management is from the same company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please reduce favoritism and work on making it a better engineering organization.
