    The educational experiences from the conferences and events were invaluable. Travelling both domestically and internationally was exciting and enlightening from a cultural perspective.

    Cons

    It was a small company with not much room for upward mobility and there was limited support for professional development.

    Keep your finger on the pulse of the company heartbeat and respond to the needs of your people as your greatest asset.
