I have been working at International Flavors

    Pros

Its people. Good, hard working, knowledgeable colleagues.

    Cons

Unequal opportunity for advancements. There is not any guidelines for advancements - subjective to boss. Senior management is said to be working on benchmarking salary/position grades, but that has been said for 2 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of your employees, especially the junior and mid level grades. Make sure your slogan of recruiting, developing and retaining the best talents are not just that....a slogan.
