Current Employee – been working at International Game Technology

Pros – In an area of high unemployment, I receive a steady paycheck for now.

Cons – - No merit pay increases because the budget is 'frozen,' supposedly (strange, as I know our manager is getting their yearly bonus)
- Anyone who speaks up with ideas to improve the department becomes the victim of negative managerial scrutiny
- Management is continually absent at best, useless at worst
- Morale is down across the entire office, in every department
- No job security to speak of
- Employee performance is measured entirely by unrealistic metrics that have no actual bearing on the real-world work environment or actual productivity

Advice to Senior Management – Hurry up and outsource the rest of the company to China so we can stop with the facade already.
