“Poor focus, lack of creatively, and lack of executive support for app product development”
Former Employee – worked at International Game Technology full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Okay initial salary, good staff people, Reno is actually a very nice area. Still fairly dominant in games market. Lots of customers
Cons – Poor focus by upper management, salary growth is poor, execs take huge bulk of the pay increases, systems app development going in circles, poor creativity and innovation
