The work culture is really great. Now a days the comoany is going through restructuring and layoffs. It has great benefits as well.

Cons

The restructuring is great and I think the company is well positioned for the economic boom compared to other competitors. Recently they have discontinued their profit sharing.

Advice to Senior Management

The should provide more training to employees in this obscured gaming sector. They should also increase the tranperancy on career growth.
