Pros

Some holidays you are released early but they won't let you know in advance...they will just wait until 2 hours before you are scheduled to get off. Then let you know When you have already scheduled appointments for your whole afternoon.

Cons

Salary, Benefits, Recognition, Treatment of Employees

This will try to pay you completely in trade dollars if you let them... a currency that they print!!

and here's the worst part, they can shut your account down anytime they want. So the money they pay you to work there can be taken away anytime they want. That is once Mgmt consults their sneaky corporate attorney to find out if they can get away with it.

Also, dont plan on having any support from others employees who are just trying to stay under the radar and get by with doing nothing.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay people what they deserve and don't buy large extravagant boats during times of employee layoffs.

    Pros

you learn a lot about a lot of things. But its up to you to learn

    Cons

Don't get sick, you get in trouble. You never get a raise, Micro managed is an understatement. Big brother is in EVERYTHING. You are watched constantly, Once they decide they don't want you, they will fabricate anything to get you out. Human Resource is a JOKE!! She is afraid of Management. Wonder if she actually had a degree. Regional Manager is horrible and only treats you well if you do exactly and she says.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a clue as to how your employees are being treated.

I have been working at International Monetary Systems full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Working with the clients is great. You have the opportunity to make connections with business owners in a wide variety of business categories. There is a lot you can learn from this.

    Cons

You will be micro-managed , over worked and under paid. Your entire performance will be evaluated by old school metrics. All of the upper management team are related, so there is no growth for non-family members. Because of this, there is nobody to turn to if you are not getting support from your manager. The CEO's style is to scold & punish. There is no flexibility, you will be treated like an hourly employee. The company's attitude toward it's employees is that everybody is disposable & replaceable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your employees are your greatest asset. Happy employees will produce results. Treat you staff with respect and pay them a living wage, and you will see your profits grow.
