Pros

Some holidays you are released early but they won't let you know in advance...they will just wait until 2 hours before you are scheduled to get off. Then let you know When you have already scheduled appointments for your whole afternoon.

Cons

Salary, Benefits, Recognition, Treatment of Employees This will try to pay you completely in trade dollars if you let them... a currency that they print!! and here's the worst part, they can shut your account down anytime they want. So the money they pay you to work there can be taken away anytime they want. That is once Mgmt consults their sneaky corporate attorney to find out if they can get away with it. Also, dont plan on having any support from others employees who are just trying to stay under the radar and get by with doing nothing.

Advice to Management

Pay people what they deserve and don't buy large extravagant boats during times of employee layoffs.

    Pros

Ability to purchase trade dollars at a discounted price

    Cons

Management does not trust their employees or empower them to make decisions as it pertains to the members they take care of. It's all about the bottom line first and customer secondary. Management style is "do it the way I tell you or else". They motivate by fear and discipline.

    Advice to Management

Start treating people with respect and dignity and listen. You may learn a few things@

I worked at International Monetary Systems full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was close to home and had some real cool clients.

    Cons

The management is horrible, they really need to pay their brokers more money. The job itself is easy however, there is no oppertuniy.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees more money and maybe you won't have a high turnover. The CEO needs to learn some business etiquette.
