I have been working at International Paper
Pros – Travel opportunities. Many locations all over the US and abroad to work at. Job Security even in a rough economy for most places. Good pay for salaried folks, not sure about hourly? Wide variety of jobs, from manufacturing to sales to sitting in a cube
Cons – Too many bosses, to few workers in mos cases. If you get attached to a speciic location, there is alwasy a chance it could get shutdown. Have to try and maintain some ties with the corporate office.
Sometimes the stupidest people dont get fired, they just get moved around to another departments.
Advice to Senior Management – Be less conservative...for god sakes its not the 1800's anymore.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
