Pros: Seems to be stable company. Its a very big company.… Cons: You do as your told. Micro managed to death. There seems to be a lot of back stabbing. no one trust anybody. Nobody really seems… Advice to Senior Management: Share the goals. Let the employees become apart of the process. Place blame where it is belongs.
