    Pros

    Working with doctors was great, learned a lot on a number of health issues.

    Cons

    Fair amount of red tape, decisions take numerous people to sign off.

    Preferential treatment for non-asians, resources are not utilised efficiently and internal deadlines are unreasonable

    Pros

    The work they do, Singapore is the global HQ

    Cons

    Need to be seen at your desk in the office (no trust in employees), long hours due to uneven distribution of workload within and between departments, unreasonable internal deadlines for projects (last minute demands for various reports), management's investment strategy is not profitable, need to be contactable during vacation periods, slackers get it easy (the better you do your job, the more work you get even if it's the slacker's job to do it)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    There are clearly issues when good staff do not stay long. Stop over-paying and wasting money on recruiting management staff who then get fired/asked to leave with a more than generous package. Stop pampering the non-asian management staff with their whims and fancies.
