Former Employee - Iternational Operations Coordinator in Trevose, PA

I worked at International SOS full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Every day is something new. You will never be bored. Great co-works (not including management).

    Cons

The amount of stress the assistance center coordinators are under is unbearable. They tell you that they know the job is stressfull but in all actuality they don't care. Expectations for their employees are unrealistic. Your set up for failure the second you walk in through the doors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Most employees quit before their 2 year mark. Management fires at least 1 CSE per month and at least 1 CSE quits per month. When your employees hate their job that much something is wrong. Stop talking out of your butts about how you care about what the employees feel because you don't.

I have been working at International SOS part-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

None, stay away from this place AND Aspire Lifestyles who allowed themselves to be sold-out to ISOS which will eventually be their downfall.

    Cons

There is not enough room in this space to list them all. VERY high stress!! But don't expect them to care OR stand behind their employees. Either sink or swim.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To the former VIPdesk: why, why, why?????? I'll tell you why - GREED! You had a good thing going, wasn't that enough?? Thanks for throwing us to the wolves after years of dedicated service.
