Because IPG is a laggard in the industry, it offers great flexibility.

Cons

IPG tends to underpay employees to offset the bloated operational costs which could be addressed with technology.

Advice to Senior Management

Time to think out of the box and reinvent the company and industry; infuse technology into everything we do
