Interpublic Group – “Great people, Interesting work, Lacking focus”

Interpublic Group Anonymous in Los Angeles, CA:   (Past Employee - 2007)

Pros

Interpublic was a great place to work, with exposure to lots of large corporations and their senior management.

Managers were very supportive and enthusiastic.

Cons

The work seemed at times to lack focus, I felt like many of the tasks I was doing could have been done by someone far less qualified.

Advice to Senior Management

I don't really have much to suggest, other than making sure to utilize the use of your workers better.
