nice company culture, good-looking campus in Milpitas, technology leader in Analog IC industry

Cons

vacation time is only adequate

Advice to Senior Management

continue to strive for best-in-class results, along with bringing work-life balance philosphy of all industries (not just semiconductor ODMs).
