Pros

The people overall are great to work with. Benefits are pretty good. Work-life balance encouraged. Very intelligent and knowledgeable co-workers.

Cons

Resources limited at times. Unrealistic goals. Development cycles too long. Sometimes too much fingerpointing. Management slow to respond to concerns/problems. Too many layers of management. Some micromanaging going on.
