Pros

Good benefits, tasks are fairly routine but can be mixed up from day to day. Time-off accomodated for. Very secure job with plenty to do.

Cons

Pay not measured well according to performance. Too much expected for little pay. Can be unprofessional in nature as it relates to company activities internaly. No management or other types of feedback from employees is ever welcomed. Promotions and other new positions are given to new recruits instead of offering them to current staff.

Advice to Management

Care more about your employees and less about the customer always getting his or her way at the exspense of the employee. Pay people according to their work load and performance and less by how the rest of the franchises are doing. Hence, if that franchise really stepped it up and made good profits, then share it with emplyees.

    Pros

They are very fair, honest & helpful with all employees. It would be difficult to find another Co. match them.

    Cons

Payscale, commissions & bonuses suffer a bit & need a makeover. Directors try to always be fair but fall short.

    Advice to Management

Interstate leadership is outstanding!! But I strongly feel that they need restucture in their pay compensation. All else is great!

  2. Helpful (1)

No longer a better place to work compared to the market, but still underpaying all their employees.

    Pros

Casual Dress Free Gym Convenient location Friendly people Well stocked break rooms Covered Parking Bike Storage

    Cons

Lower than market pay for like positions Too many projects, not enough focus. Management promises one thing, does another.

    Advice to Management

Remember who's backs your growth and profits were built upon. Failure to recognize that, and compensate them accordingly.
