I have been working at Interstate Batteries

Pros

Company is owned and previously managed by a couple of brothers, so there are still remnants of a family feel to the place. Owner is openly religious, if you care for that, but not overbearing.

Cons

There is a lot of nepotism in the culture.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is too much credit given to who you know, and who you are related to, and not enough value placed on effort and results.

Probably varies greatly by location as there is ZERO standardization.
