“Call center sales adviser, very rigid type of work.”
Former Employee – worked at Interval International full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Overall a friendly environment, nice facilities and clean work environment, able request some of the resorts if you request them for vacation days.
Cons – Call centers are very ridged work environments. All activity is easily monitored. Customers have very limited knowledge of the product they purchased. No breaks in between calls.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
