I worked at Intervoice full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Great company environment ... purchased by Convergys 2008.

Cons

Company has been downsized by more than 70 % - absorbed by Convergys which is a call center company ... not a technology player.

I have been working at Intervoice

    Pros

People seem to be nicer than other companies I've worked for. Conveniently located in the downtown Mt. View off Castro Street with plenty of good dining options nearby.

    Cons

The company has been recently merged by Convergys hence the culture change can happen down the road. Stock option is no longer offered across the board.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You should invest more in R&D.
