Keep looking, if you are very qualified

ProsThe pay is above industry average. They offer an excellent work life balance. It is pretty easy to advance within a year. If senior management likes you enough, you will move up fast.

ConsThe biggest problem would be the bold discrimination that goes on. Ex. a black female, trilingual with an MBA from a very good school had the same position as an english speaking white male, who dropped out of college his freshman year. The employee handbook states that no senior management can refer individuals for employment, yet a director's high school friend was walked right in. Or if you don't mind having the same position as someone entry level, that clearly lied on his resume, then you have found your match. If favoritism and sexism don't bother you, then Intralinks is the place for you.

Advice to Senior ManagementNot all of Senior Management is bad, some of them actually understand that management is supposed to display leadership instead of being a bully. Think twice about the message you send out when you break "corporate rules". A small alarm needs to go off in your head when a female with an MBA has the same position as a male that dropped out of college. Every company has its dirt, but you should at least have the pride to cover it up a bit more.
