Current Employee – been working at Intrawest full-time for more than a year

Pros – Co-workers are great, Hours are decent, Benefits are a huge plus

Cons – Hard to get a promotion, difficult to transfer to another city,

Advice to Senior Management – Realize which employees are beneficial to the company, promote them, and trim the fat.
