I have been working at Intuit

Pros

Good products, facilities. Capable people in US team.

Cons

No work life balance. Senior management team is full of political games. You can not work with peace of mind. Partiality is very visible in promotions and hikes. No career growth . Outdated technologies. No leadership vision.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on your retention plan for employees. People will say bye after getting the RSUs realized.
Top management must keep an eye on team level politics and non sense happening with in the teams.

    Pros

    Treats employees fairly well.
    Good benefits.
    Good work life balance.

    Cons

Unless you have more than 10 years of experience, don't join Intuit and expect to get your Green Card done in EB2 category through them. If you are willing to wait in EB3 category, then ok. Overall, getting GC through Intuit is harder even times are good and the company is doing good.

An 'old' company, people are usually older. Don't join here if you are young and relatively early in your career.
