Nice People But Risk Averse

I have been working at Intuit

ProsGreat benefits and very nice people. Even newer people are made to feel welcome. You can get time off to do volunteer work.

ConsIt is a very risk averse and political environment. This is not a place that is on the cutting edge of technology.

Advice to Senior ManagementLet's take some risks and try some new technologies. The not-invented-here mentality prevents Intuit from doing some really great things.
