    Pros

    Great teamwork is promoted. Agile thinking is taking over for waterfall. Awesome co-workers.

    Cons

    Sudden layoffs (2009, 2012) - replaced by seasonal or cheaper labor (or outsourced to India).

    Be honest with your employees when it becomes a business necessity to replace or eliminate employees.
