Current Employee – been working at Intuit full-time for less than a year
Pros – -Best work life balance by far of the 5 tech companies I've worked in in the silicon valley
-Benefits are great
-Did I mention the amazing work life balance?
Cons – -Bureaucratic, typical of big companies
-Culture often rewards good talkers more than doers
-Poor at innovation
Advice to Senior Management – Make teams smaller, leaner, faster.
