“Know your staff...”
Current Tax Expert in West Palm Beach, FL
Pros – Convinience working from home, even handle a second full time job... Of course if you are willing to work 80 hrs/week w/out o.t. Great experience for young professionals to spinoff a career.
Cons – Tech savy individual only needs to apply, pay could be higher, but hey you can't possibly have it all and eat it too.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up a good coaching!
