Current Employee – been working at Intuit full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Very inclusive environment with a great talent building mindset. Internal training opportunities are great and the leadership is held to a high standard.
Cons – Like any large company, political empires are built quickly and can create slow decision making when time is critical.
