Current Employee – been working at Intuit full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Amazing CEO. Unlike many CEO's, Brad can actually walk into a work space and know the value each employee provides to Intuit.
Cons – Senior management styles vary from team to team. Some are less open to constructive criticism than others.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more receptive to feedback. Especially from the companies own internal survey. Let's make sure we are solving all of the product development communities needs between self hosting and assisted. An iron fist approach may hurt our ability to provide internal customers the tools they need to do their jobs.
