“Great culture”
Former Employee – worked at Intuit full-time for more than a year
Pros – Cares about their employees, Soda Talks, Indoor gyms, Cafeterias, Wellness programs, Community outreach, CEO visits and company transparency. Clear cut and concise training programs for new employees as well as for old employees looking to brush up on their skills.
Cons – Only reason I left was I couldn't stand being on the phone 7 hours a day and I wanted to return to school full time
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work!
