“Great Company”
Current Employee – been working at Intuit full-time for more than a year
Pros – Only company I've worked for that really balances three stakeholders: Employees; Shareholders, and Customers. Also, senior leadership is amazing....Brad Smith is visionary and Scott Cook remains personally involved.
Cons – Intuit can be slow, sometimes, for a technology company.
Advice to Senior Management – Stay focused on making great products, and move as quickly as possible.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
