I have been working at Intuit full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Great facility, good location, some great team members, great technology
Interesting work

Cons

Consumer/Ops area could use a big revamping on how it's run. Starts from the top- Management should not only solicit feedback from employees that are backbone of division but take action on the feedback

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't just be concerned for yourselves- care about the team as a whole

Doesn't Recommend
Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO

Product development technical innovation is slow.
Very little interaction with senior level management.
