Pros – Outstanding benefits
Campus amenities are unreal: gym, volleyball, basketball, gourmet food, game room
Operating values
Lots of training opportunities
Overall nice people
Cons – Lots of legacy technology clogging up the works
The company repeatedly invests in massive technology initiatives that either end in disaster or lots of pain and suffering
VPs and Directors seem to live by a different code of conduct in a few business units
Advice to Senior Management – Don't just measure employees on their results and against the operating values. You should also measure their skill in their job. There are many senior professionals who don't actually perform at that level.
