“Good company needs some barriers broken”
Current Employee – been working at Intuit full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Really cares about it's employees
Top notch benefits package
Very competitive salary
Good overall work envrionment
Cons – Lack of interdepartmental coordination/assistance
Huge internal barriers to meaningful change
Ineffective hiring practices (non-technical individuals being hired to tech support)
Advice to Senior Management – There needs to be more clearly defined process to help coordinate work between functional groups.
