Former Employee – worked at Intuit full-time for more than a year
Pros – Treated with a high amount of respect
Very good pay and compensation
Incredible benefits
Great work environment
Very well selected co-workers
Cons – Only full-time positions (Not really a major con)
Not a huge amount of room for advancement
Advice to Senior Management – Expectations were sometimes set unreasonably high for some departments as a whole, although not so much so that it utterly ruined the experience of being employed. Also the amount of outsourcing for other areas of support made working with those departments somewhat frustrating and caused a large amount of complains from customers.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
