Current Employee – been working at Intuit full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – A very dynamic environment, innovation is a major component of the work. It is rewarded and appreciated.
Cons – Clashes between old school and new ideas hinders progress.
Advice to Senior Management – The last 25 years were great but it cannot carry the business for the next 25.
