Benefits are very good, Bonus is an added plus. Nice facilities, mostly great people.

Cons

Managers aren't really people Managers, communication from Upper Managment is lacking, too many last minute decisions that impact the business made too late.

Advice to Senior Management

Learn how to adapt, get out of your 90's way of thinking. Recognize individuals for advancement based upon their work ethic and not what ass kissers they are but how they perform in their job. Communicate changes to your employees. This isn't your private business any longer, adapt or die !
