Pros

Good benefits, good people to work with, no hard line dress code, good diversity, gives back to the community, no discrimination.

Cons

Lots of churn at mid and upper management which causes confusion and bad nerves on all levels of the company. There's far more stress on making the big stock holders happy and far less on doing well by our customers than we had in early years.

Advice to Senior Management

Remember the people who made Intuit a top company are the customers first and the employees second. The stockholders are a distant third.
