not all black and white but in general Intuit is a well respected company that provides opportunities for those who take advantage and control of their careers

very difficult to get promotions. they over-hire for jobs and have many layers of people doing small jobs

promote from within - admit mistakes - spend more time listening to employees - get brad smith to do more appearances internally
