Intuit Employee Review
Intuit – “Overall great company to get by with, but not a career....anymore.”
Pros
Intuit offers great benefits and the pay is ok to start off with. Bonuses are nice. Co workers are extremely friendly and most everyone is very helpful. Intuit is continuing to grow and come out with new innovative ideas. Great company to be a part of. Thursday socials, beautiful new facility, holiday party. All in all Intuit is a company i would reccomend to friends and family who need steady income and want to be a part of a Company that will continue to be very successful.
Cons
In the last year changes in leadership have had a huge negative impact on employess. The company used to be a place to grow professional and further your career. You were constantly inspired to strive. Now it seems like the company has shifted from a great work place where you would enjoy showing up at to a place that has become too corporate and where you dread to go. End of year raise is minimal to the amount of work you put in. Judged more on your attendence rather than what a great worker you are. The list goes on...
Advice to Senior Management
Please, please pay more attention to the reps in the call center. Pay attention to the hard work we all do and the great customer service we continue to give even through the ridiculously high call volume. Give more recognition to everyone, not just a select few. Communicate with us and take our advised and suggestions seriously.

In the big sceme of things, your just a button pusher if you want to think about it. Any documented repeatable process can be outsourced, so botton line is that customer services reps are never going to be recognized, anyone can come in on time, sit down in a seat, give a prescripted greating to customers. The real value lies in what you have to offer beyond that. Be innovative (hence as the former name implies). No one is going to further themself by just showing up, you have to learn and grow and seek those opportunities, we are all that masters of our own destiny.
