Current Employee – been working at Intuit full-time for more than a year
Pros – You tell the recruiter what you want to work,
It's from your home
Company sends you the equipment
Opportunities for bonuses
Even though your seasonal you can participate in the 401k, with a company match
Even though your at home, you have a manager and team leader and a team of other tax experts to help you
Cons – Sometimes customers are hard to deal with
Health benefits aren't that great
Sometimes the systems go down
Seasonal so you may not be asked back
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
